Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge?

It all depends on your pet’s size and location. We have several packages that suit your pets. We only charge a minimal convenience fee for receiving the service at home on top of the package and add-ons you book. We advise visit our pricing page.

What is the right package for my pet?
  • Deluxe Package - Best for smooth coat pets or pets that do not require trimming or haircut.
  • Royal Package - Best for maintenance grooming. Trimming and neaten up maintains the current style and look of your pet. Simply tidying up your pet's fur around the face, ears, tail, and paws.
  • Supreme Package - Best if your pet's grooming frequency is every month or so. This will give your pet a neat new look and style.
How do I get a priority slot?
  • With a subscription, you can pre-book in advance and enjoy hassle-free scheduling. No more worrying about fully booked calendars.
  • Subscribing gives you priority slots, and guaranteed regular grooming so your pet always looks and feels their best.
  • Book with us at least 2 months in advance for smooth schedule arrangement. 
  • We do not accept rush, or same day booking. 
Do you need anything from my house?
Our grooming truck carries water in its water tank reservoir enough to groom 3 to 4 large breed. If you have multiple pets that need grooming, it may not be enough. Should the truck runs out of water, we may need to tap to your water source (faucet) to finish the grooming of all your pets.

Our grooming truck is powered by solar energy, However, in rare occasion, we may need to plug into your power source due to bad weather or solar charge isn't sufficient.

Other than that, we just need an ample space to park our mobile grooming truck.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that there are things beyond our control. So, that’s not a problem. Simply advise us via email, chat or SMS at least 48 hours before your schedule and we will be happy to fill you in on the next available schedule. If cancelling under 48 hours, there may be a cancellation surcharge. Please refer to cancellation clause in Terms of Service Agreement page click here.

What if I forget and am not home at my appointment?
If we show up and no one is there, or if you cancel with a groomer at the time of your appointment, a full charge of the home visit fee will be applied.
Do you accept pets with tick and flea?
Due to our commitment to all our fur clients to have the best and safe grooming experience, we are unable to accept pets that has tick and flea to avoid possible contamination. We can however re-schedule the grooming after your pets have been treated with tick and flea. If your pet is found to have tick or flea, our groomer will inform you right away for proper action.
Do you accept pets with skin issues?

As much as we want to help you with your pets struggling with skin problems (e.g Demodectic mange, Fungal infection, and any form of communicable diseases), we can not afford to risk the chance of passing it to our other pet clients. It's best to have them treated first before booking with us.

Do you accept pregnant pets?
Sorry we don’t. Pregnant pets need extra measure of care. Any form of stress should be avoided. We do however accept after 2 weeks of giving birth.
Do you accept pets that are not vaccinated?

For the safety of all pets in our care, we highly encourage vaccinations. Unvaccinated pets may be more vulnerable to illnesses and could pose risks to others. For everyone’s safety, we may decline unvaccinated pets if there’s a health concern.
